Introducing the Low FODMAP Fix

An 6 week online program created by a FODMAP trained GI Specialist Dietitian/Nutritionist (me!) designed to help you go from feeling overwhelmed, frustrated and constantly thinking about to what to eat to easily and confidently implementing the low FODMAP diet for effectively managing your IBS symptoms and feeling better fast.

What is the Low FODMAP Diet?

It's a therapeutic nutritional approach shown to help up 78% of IBS sufferers
in at little as one week

FODMAPs are types of carbohydrates found in a variety of different foods that are rapidly fermented by bacteria in our gut. People with IBS can be intolerant to these FODMAPs causing them to trigger uncomfortable gut symptoms.

Individuals with IBS are not sensitive to all FODMAP’s. Typically, you may find that one or two types affect you or you may even find that it's only a few specific foods within a FODMAP category that are causing your symptoms.

The low FODMAP dietary approach will help you identify your individual trigger foods, and reduce and manage your IBS symptoms for the long term.

FODMAP is an acronym for:

Fermentable

Oligosaccharides (fructans and galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS))

Disaccharides (lactose)

Monosaccharides (fructose)

And

Polyols (sorbitol and mannitol)

Are you ready to get started on the path to feeling better?

Still not sure if this is the right approach for you?

Do any of these sound familiar?

  • You feel like you’re constantly at the mercy of debilitating gut symptoms like bloating/gas, abdominal pain, diarrhea or constipation

  • You never go anywhere without finding out where the restrooms are first

  • You have tried to determine what foods are causing your symptoms with little to no success

  • You are currently eating only a few foods and STILL have symptoms

  • You have tried to implement the low FODMAP diet on your own but felt overwhelmed
